We have a limited number of modern mailboxes with slight irregularities at a reduced price. Flaws are cosmetic and in most cases are not obvious when mailboxes are installed (most imperfections, scratches or minor dents are found on back plate of mailbox).

Payment

Payment is expected at time of checkout. Payments are received via PayPal, debit or credit card.
Please contact Modern Mailbox within 24 hours after purchase for any cancellations. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any custom, one-off color orders.

Shipping

All Modern Mailboxes are handmade in America. Please allow 3-5 days for shipment. For custom, one-off color orders, please allow an additional 5-7 days for our powder coating team to create your masterpiece. All modern light switch & outlet covers are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and we are happy to combine shipping. Please contact us for a quote on overnight, express or international shipping quotes. We will ensure your package based on purchase price and will provide tracking information so you can easily determine arrival of your mid century modern inspired mailboxes, light switches and outlet covers.

Modern Mailbox does not reimburse return shipping fees unless we are responsible for shipping out an incorrect order.

Return Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to provide you a refund within 30 days of your original purchase, as long as item is returned in like new condition.

There will be a restocking fee equivalent to seller's shipping cost unless you receive an item that is damaged or receive incorrect item.

Please contact Modern Mailbox within 24 hours after purchase for any cancellations.

Modern Mailbox offers a 30 day return policy on standard items returned in like new condition within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact Modern Mailbox about your return so we will expect your package. Once your modern mailbox, modern light switch or outlet covers are returned in like new condition, please allow up to 5 business days for payment to be refunded. Again, there will be a restocking fee equivalent to seller's shipping cost unless you receive an item that is damaged or receive incorrect item.

Please be sure to properly package and insure your returned items to avoid any damage during transit. In the occurrence your returned item is damaged during transit, Modern Mailbox will work with you throughout shipping claim process.

Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless Modern Mailbox ships out incorrect item or we are not contacted within 24 hours of a cancellation.

No returns on custom one-off color orders.
