Payment is expected at time of checkout. Payments are received via PayPal, debit or credit card.
Please contact Modern Mailbox within 24 hours after purchase for any cancellations. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any custom, one-off color orders.
All Modern Mailboxes are handmade in America. Please allow 3-5 days for shipment. For custom, one-off color orders, please allow an additional 5-7 days for our powder coating team to create your masterpiece. We offer FREE domestic shipping through FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us for a quote on overnight, express or international shipping quotes. We will ensure your package based on purchase price and will provide tracking information so you can easily determine arrival of your mid century modern inspired mailboxes, light switches and outlet covers.
Modern Mailbox does not reimburse return shipping fees unless we are responsible for shipping out an incorrect order.

Modern Mailbox offers a 30 day return policy on standard items returned in like new condition within 30 days of delivery.
Simply contact Modern Mailbox about your return so we will expect your package. Once your modern mailbox, modern light switch or outlet covers are returned in like new condition, please allow up to 5 business days for payment to be refunded.
Please be sure to properly package and insure your returned items to avoid any damage during transit. In the occurrence your returned item is damaged during transit due to poorly packaging item, Modern Mailbox will provide a partial refund based on condition of returned item. If item is insured and claim needs to be processed, Modern Mailbox will work with you to make process as easy as possible.
Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless Modern Mailbox ships out incorrect item or we are not contacted within 24 hours of a cancellation.
